Da Red Gobbo
First appearing way back in the late '90s, Da Red Gobbo was the leader of a band of rebel grots in the game Gorkamorka. This Gretchin Revolutionary Committee (AKA GRC or just Da Kommittee) strove to overthrow their oppressors - the Orks - in a military coup called Da Revolushun. His signature red overcoat, kustom slugga and sceptre haven't changed since then.
This underdog hero has enjoyed a cult-like following ever since, lovingly converted for personal projects, taking on a revered role in the Ork-playing community.

You just can't keep a good rebel down... though this may be due to the fact that the title of Da Red Gobbo has secretly changed hands many times.
